Phoenix Australia are experts in trauma related mental health and wellbeing. Affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Melbourne, they have been Australia’s National Centre of Excellence in Posttraumatic Mental health for 25 years, dedicated to understanding, preventing and aiding recovery from trauma. In addition to their world leading research, their consultancy, policy, training and workforce development services are sought by companies and government bodies in Australia and more than 15 countries including the USA, Canada, UK and Japan.

Paoli Smith was contracted by Phoenix Australia to design and develop three websites; the main website, the Disaster Mental Health hub site and the Responder Assist site. For each project, we worked closely with Phoenix staff and departments to develop a content strategy, optimise the online journey and deliver the most straightforward user experience. Phoenix Australia provides information to a wide range of users; from people needing mental health support themselves, through to organisations looking for mental health consultation services.
