The Mordi Aquatic Centre promises to be breathtaking. Green and sustainable, it will make you feel good from the inside out.

On the banks of the Mordialloc Creek, and surrounded by parkland, it will be easy to get to and offer something for everyone. Four different pools and all kinds of ways to exercise and socialise. A place for fitness and wellness and the sheer joy of moving through light-filled spaces or rejuvenating in warm waters.

As the largest infrastructure project undertaken by the City of Kingston for health and wellbeing, Paoli Smith was appointed to work closely with council to develop the name, brand strategy and visual language and develop an approach that could be applied to a second established aquatic centre in Highett.

With a focus on functionality, great design and the need to capture a strong sense of the local community, we have delivered to the City of Kingston, an aquatic brand fit-for-purpose across two locations.

The Mordi Aquatic Centre is due to be completed in 2026.
